The bustling port of Holyhead is close by and has daily departures to Dublin for an interesting day trip. For bird watchers, the RSPB reserves at South Stack and Cemlyn are also within easy reach, whilst the Snowdonia National Park and its range of outdoor pursuits and stunning mountain scenery are also easily accessible. Beach 2½ miles. Shop and pub 500 yards, restaurant 2½ miles.
