The Old Police House is a first floor apartment, set in the centre of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, a traditional seaside town on the East Coast. This stunning apartment dates back to 1874 and was the original police house built to service the town and the first original tourists in the Victorian era. The apartment has been modernised throughout and offers light, airy and spacious accommodation. The open plan living/dining room is perfect for sharing a meal or unwinding after a day of exploring. Although the kitchen is compact, it is well-equipped, ready for you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals during your stay. The main bedroom offers a kingsize bed, while the second offers twin beds. There is a lovely shower room too.
A few minutes’ walk from The Old Police House are some great local amenities including restaurants, pubs and some microbreweries. Saltburn-by-the-Sea is rapidly gaining a reputation as a ’Foodie Destination’. The monthly Food Festival is a must visit on any holiday itinerary. Saltburn-by-the-Sea also boasts a great beach to enjoy, with an historic cliff lift and long pier from which to admire the views.
