Bedroom 1: With double bed.

Sandy Feet Retreat is located on a quiet, private road, and is a perfect base for families wishing to enjoy the delights of a traditional seaside resort, the seafront is only 50 yards from the house.
On arrival you will find a designated parking space and steps leading up to the front door. On entering the maisonette it feels light and spacious, there is a dining room with patio doors leading out onto a furnished balcony, a living room with a gas fire for the cooler evenings and Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen. On the second floor there is a large master bedroom with en-suite shower room with views of the solent and beach.
The local pubs, restaurants, shop and traditional seaside attractions including an amusement park, are all within walking distance. The Hayling Seaside Railway, which runs from Beachlands to Eastoke corner, is nearby.
The island’s proximity to Portsmouth, Chichester and Emsworth makes it an ideal base to explore attractions such as Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Chichester Cathedral, Southsea Castle and the South Downs National Park, Beach 50 yards. Shop and pub 100 yards, restaurant ½ mile.
