Bathroom: Shared between bedroom 5 and 6, bath with shower over.. Take the ceremonial entrance door into this amazing property and you will see a delightful drawing room to your right, decorated in soft pastels, an open fireplace and views over the garden and the nature reserve beyond. On the other side of the grand sweeping staircase is the Library, contrasting in interior design with dramatic, bold colours, a gas wood burner and comfy sofas and armchairs, and a Smart TV.
Also on the ground floor is a third reception room - the lovely warm snug with a real wood burner, sofas and chairs - the perfect spot to relax in, with an after dinner drink. The formal dining room has French doors leading to the garden and seating for 12 guests.
And of course, there’s the kitchen - a vast room with glass ceilings, glazed sliding doors across the width of the garden, a large island unit and every appliance you could wish for, including a wine fridge. There is also a downstairs cloakroom, and boot room/utility room with washing machine, a tumble drier and a second dishwasher.
The landscaped garden has a patio for enjoying the warm weather and the stunning views, a BBQ terrace, a fire pit, and a herb garden. Upstairs are six bedrooms, all beautifully decorated. Four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and three freestanding baths and the top floor has a suite of rooms comprising two bedrooms and a bathroom, perfect for a family. Four of the bedrooms have zip link beds, so you can choose to have these made up as either a superking bed or twin beds.
