On the ground floor there is a large open plan living space with views out to sea, comfortable seating for all guests and a large dining table. The sliding doors to the garden brings the outside in for sunny days whilst the wood burner makes this a cosy room in colder weather. A second sitting room provides more space to relax, or have fun with the table football. The open plan kitchen has everything you need to enjoy full self catering including marble worktops, a breakfast bar, a coffee maker, and an American style fridge freezer. A downstairs shower room provides useful facilities for guests using the sofa beds. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, all with Smart TVs, and two bathrooms. The enclosed garden has amazing sea views, and there is a dining set for alfresco meals, additional lounge furniture, and a 6-person hot tub. And if you can bear to leave this lovely house, the beach and promenade is just a short stroll, with lovely walks to the long, sandy Minnis Bay, and the Minnis Bay bar and restaurant, or into Westgate on Sea and further afield to Margate for too many fun places to mention!
