Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and washer/dryer.
First Floor:
Bedroom: With double bed, 30" Smart TV and DVD player.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.
Second Floor:
Living room: With gas fire, 50" TV, DVD player, double cabin bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements) and French doors leading to balcony.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot. Patio with garden furniture. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Parking permit for 1 car included. No smoking. Please note: No children under 17 years old, except babies under 18 months.. When you can pull yourself away from the cottage, the beautiful, unspoilt village of Beer awaits you. Head down to the famous horseshoe beach, a real sun trap with clean waters, rock pools at low tide and beach cafés serving great breakfasts and home-made treats. See the local fishermen bring in their catch, hire a boat, watch some sailing and then curl up for the evening at your holiday cottage...heaven!
100 yards from the natural suntrap of Beer’s pebbly beach, beautiful walks on the coastal path to Branscombe, Sidmouth, Lyme Regis and Seaton.
Beer is a beautiful fishing village nestling within an AONB on the Jurassic Coast. You can explore Heritage coast footpaths to Branscombe and Sidmouth in one direction and Lyme Regis and Seaton in the other; enjoy fishing and searching for fossils along the Jurassic Coast.
Local attractions include Beer Quarry Caves, Pecorama, Seaton Tramway, Crealy, Bicton Gardens and the Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth. A flat walk to shop 10 yards, pub and restaurant 20 yards.
The Pecorama Gardens are well worth a visit; nestled on the hill overlooking Lyme Bay, they offer colorful garden rooms to explore, as well as the Beer Heights Light Railway and panoramic views of the Jurassic Coast.
For the little ones why not take a trip out to Sidmouth and the surrounding countryside where you’ll find a great range of attractions and activities to entertain the whole family, including a visit to the Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary with over 500 rescue donkeys to see. World of Country Life is just a few miles away and is an award-winning family day out.
