It lies in an elevated position above the town, close to a hotel bar/restaurant where you can enjoy a drink or meal whilst taking in the stunning views from its terrace.
Situated in a quiet residential area, the apartment is close to Torquay harbour, Living Coasts (where the penguins wander freely), shops, restaurants and cafés. There are many things to do in this area, so why not take a boat ride from Torquay harbour across to Brixham? There is also Kent’s Cavern, the model village and theatre, as well as Agatha Christie’s Mile, which is an amazing walk for all Agatha Christie fans. Dartmoor with its ponies is a short drive. Many activities are available locally including cycling, surfing, sailing, horse riding and many miles of walks across the coastal path, which is just amazing. Beach 150 yards. Shop ¼ mile, hotel bar/restaurant 150 yards.
