Exmoor View is a countryside property which is located in North Molton, Devon. Inside, the owners have created a smart and contemporary retreat, with stylish grey sofas, white walls and splashes of lilac and purple, a nod to the heather-clad moorland that lies on the doorstep. The open-plan living space is light and spacious with slate flooring and electric woodburning-effect stove, creating a warm and cosy atmposphere for chilly evenings in. Set in the corner of the room is a large dining table with seating for up to six people, the perfect place to dine together as a family. The kitchen has a wide range of fitted units and black granite worktops and is sure to inspire some home cooking with the modern appliances at hand. From the dining area is a ground floor shower room/utility that also houses the washing machine.Upstairs are three bedrooms; two double and one bunk room, with a smart family bathroom bath and shower over. Roadside parking can be found directly outside the property. Outside has a three-tier garden with a lawned and patio area with furniture provided, a cosy area for relaxing in the evening sun with a refreshing glass of wine. Within driving distance to North Molton is South Molton's Country Pannier Market, a weekly market selling a range of goods, including local produce, artisans goods, artwork, antiques and collectibles, and much more. Inside there is an award-winning café, with excellent coffee and friendly workers.The Poltimore Arms is just a short walk uphill in the village and serves great food and local ale. There is also a fish and chip takeaway in the village. Exmoor View is an excellent property for walks on the moorland with friends and family.
