This spacious, detached holiday house, adjacent to the owner’s home, lies in almost 1½ acres of gardens, and is situated in a quiet residential area of Blairgowrie, a market town in the heart of Perthshire. The River Ericht runs through the town, which itself is the starting point for the 60-mile Cateran Trail. Glenshee, Scotland’s largest skiing area, caters for all year round sports activities including fishing, mountain biking, abseiling, hang gliding and paragliding. There are several excellent golf courses in the town and local area, including a championship course a mile away as well as the Rosemount and Lansdowne courses. Gleneagles, St Andrews and Carnoustie are within an hour’s drive. Explore the many castles, stately homes and gardens nearby, including Glamis and Scone Palace. The cities of Perth, Dundee, Aberdeen and Edinburgh are all within easy driving distance. Relax in the garden with a glass of wine after enjoying this beautiful area and all it has to offer. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
