The Viking Coastal Trail is a 27-mile walk, passing through Viking Bay, which is where the property is situated. Cycle the Viking Trail, surf at Joss Bay, enjoy the fireworks on summer evenings, as well as the Dickens Festival. Fishing can also be found nearby. There are good rail connections to London taking only an hour on the high speed line.
