Come and immerse yourself in all Swanswell Cottage has to offer, tucked away on the sweeping hillside above the coastal hamlet of Broad Haven, and conveniently within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with panoramic views out over Broad Haven, the sandy beach and St Brides Bay. As you meander down the private sweeping driveway through the owner’s mature landscaped gardens and large focal garden pond, you can relax and unwind with 2 acres of grounds to uncover.

Swanswell Cottage is only a 5-minute walk into the village where you can savour home-cooked food in the local restaurant specialising in hand-caught fish, or enjoy a local craft ale in the pub. Enjoy an afternoon walking along the golden sandy beach and then discover the coastal path with sublime coves, caves, cliffs and rock pools.

This beautiful cottage is an ideal holiday retreat for small families and couples and located near to the owner’s home. Swanswell Cottage has been thoughtfully furnished with a contemporary kitchen with open plan dining, enjoyed from the spacious warm roof conservatory where you can dine and enjoy sea views, whilst the conservatory keeps you warm in the summer and cool in the winter. In an evening enjoy a glass of wine from your private balcony with unobstructed views over St Brides Bay. To explore the area, travel south along this picture postcard coastline to Little Haven and then on to tranquil St Brides, complete with crystal clear water and great diving, kayaking or fishing. Continue onto Dale at the far south west point of Pembrokeshire, and along the magnificent and dramatic coastline is Martin’s Haven where you will discover Lockley Lodge Visitor Centre, which is the gateway to the islands of Skomer and Skokholm. This really is a wildlife haven and is well-known for puffins, gannets, razorbills and of course grey seals and dolphins. For family days out, Folly Farm Zoo is not to be missed with lots of animals from lions, rhinos and giraffes, however for those adrenalin lovers Oakwood theme park with one of the largest wooden roller coasters is sure to get your heart pumping.
