Just a short walk from three miles of sandy surf beach and a stunning stretch of the south west coastal path, Home View is a great choice for both surfers, water sports enthusiasts, walkers and beachcombers alike. The beach is dotted with great places to stop for ice cream in summer and warm drinks when the weather comes in… Home View is a great location for exploring St. Ives bay & West Cornwall beyond. Lounge / Diner - The south facing living room has a large `lazy boy sofa` and 2 occasional chairs, dining table with 6 chairs and wall mounted flat screen TV. Kitchen - open plan to lounge & fitted with fridge, oven, hob, microwave. Bedroom 1 - Double bed with wardrobe, south facing window, wall mounted mirror, coat hooks to back of door , window with view over park, Bedroom 2 - Bunk room with chest of drawers & coat hooks to back of door. Bedroom 3 - Large single bedroom, with views out towards St Ives. Built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathroom - Bath with shower over, basin & w.c. Parking adjacent. There are two steps to the front door. This property accepts dogs at £5 each per day. Please note that if the property accommodates, and you are bringing, more than one dog a £100 refundable security deposit will be added to your booking.
