Carnebo Barns are a small collection of self catering cottages with a shared outdoor heated swimming pool just outside the small village of Goonhavern. With its own village shop and pub serving food, you’re only a short drive away from the world class beaches and nightlife at Perranporth and Newquay. These traditional barn conversions offer a warm welcome: a short drive away from the main Newquay road leads you to the barns which have far reaching views of Cornish countryside. The barns sit in a generous plot of land, with excellent leisure facilities for you to enjoy, including a heated swimming pool, a BBQ and seating area (open beginning of April to end of September), large enclosed picnic area with children’s play area and pond with fish. Please note that the swimming pool is all the same depth, it does not have a shallow end. Accommodation Fistral cottage has a small tiled porch that leads you into a carpeted hall way which has a ground floor WC.The lounge/diner is a good size with exposed wooden beams. The kitchen is off the hallway and up two steps, the kitchen window over the sink looks directly into the garden and children’s play area. Upstairs there is a double and bunk bed room both have an en-suite shower rooms with views out over the open countryside. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances, a micro wave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is a clothes horse and washing line. The lounge has flat screen TV with free view and a DVD player. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is parking available for a number of cars on the property. Up to 2 dogs are welcome at no additional charge. Regrettably no smoking is allowed.
