Higher Wiscombe self catering cottages is situated at the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Peaceful and secluded in a beautiful valley, a few miles from the Jurassic Coast World Heritage coast at Beer, Sidmouth and Branscombe, nestle three luxurious award winning self catering holiday cottages, with stunning rural views. Converted in 2005/6 from old stone barns the holiday cottages can accommodate parties from 6 to 32 and are perfect for traditional seaside holiday, bird watching and walking holidays or just a relaxing break. From 1st February 2013 all bedrooms will be ensuite and the oak dining table in the largest barn can dine up to 32 guests making Higher Wiscombe the ideal location for all kinds of family reunions, anniversaries and house parties. In 2007/8 we were awarded the Self Catering Holiday Gold Award of the Year by Enjoy England, the highest accolade in British Tourism along with a Gold award by the Green Tourism Business Scheme.
