There is a leisure centre and supermarket 1 mile away and Bude Canal has excellent facilities for coarse fishing, canoeing, rowing boat hire and enjoyable walks along the canal towpath.
Tintagel linked with the legend of King Arthur and the picturesque North Coast harbourside village of Boscastle are a 30 minute drive respectively, as is the famous hillside Devon village of Clovelly.
French Windows from the lounge and master bedroom open to a long, walled, gated and enclosed paved terrace that spans the length of the property with distant sea views over the neighbouring rooftops. Furniture provided.
