This cosy cottage is situated in a small ginnell off Sandgate, close to the swing bridge in the heart of old Whitby. Although the cottage is in a busy and popular part of Whitby, close the door behind you and it is a quiet place to stay.
Accommodation:
Entrance. Open plan kitchen with dining facilities. An open staircase divides the kitchen/diner and lounge area which have wooden flooring. Coal effect gas fire in the lounge. Storage area. French doors lead to a small patio area with table and chairs. On the first floor there are two bedrooms both with twin beds and ample storage space. On the second floor there is a spacious bathroom with bath, electric shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. From the bathroom you can step onto a patio area with wooden decking, table and chairs. Also on this floor is the master bedroom with a brass double bed, built-in wardrobe and dressing table.
