This very pretty 18th Century white weatherboard and tiled detached country cottage is located in the lovely wooded hamlet of Motts Mill on the edge of the Ashdown Forest, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The village of Groombridge is two and a half miles (London fifty five minutes by train), Tunbridge Wells is five miles. The cottage has a wealth of exposed oak beams, inglenook fireplaces, lovely artistic touches and a Wurlitzer juke box. The glorious cottage garden has an abundance of flowers and roses and places to sit and enjoy the complete peace. Shop: 2.5 miles  Pub: 2.5 miles Coast: 32 miles
