The double fronted first floor apartment is beautifully fitted through out and has excellent sea views from the master bedroom , lounge and kitchen. Away from the noise of summer crowds, the flat is a stones throw from St. Ives beaches and shops. Situated just behind the Tate Gallery, there is a direct path to the famous surfing beach that takes just three minutes from Ocean Breezes. A dedicated garage space is included nearby.

Turn right from the flat for a choice of routes to the many art galleries, restaurants and shops in the historic fishing port, a few minutes stroll. There are two other calmer, beaches within easy walking distance. Porthminster and Porthgwiden boast beach side cafes and restaurants with superb views and menus.

The main bedroom has a double bed and a generous en suite shower room. The second bedroom has a two single beds and there is a separate bathroom with hand held shower. Both rooms have hot towel rails. There are two toilets in the apartment. The lounge/diner and kitchen are set out in a sociable open plan. If you choose to cook the kitchen has everything you should need. Reliable wi-fi throughout the flat.
