Bedrooms 2 & 3  each with a single bed, oak futon chair (opens as comfortable adult single bed), old pine wardrobe and bedside table with lamp
Bedroom 4 with a super king-size bed (separable into two), with bedside tables and lamps, hand built Shaker style fitted wardrobe, old pine chest of drawers and two Lloyd loom armchairs
Bathroom has a large bath, over-bath shower, shaver point, heated towel rail, washbasin and w.c.

Garden: Safely fenced with beech hedge, lawns, shrubs and trees with glorious views over hilly farmland and woodland to the east. External lighting and rear gate to field available for ball games.
Parking: Covered parking in open fronted barn separated from the oast garden by surfaced area suitable for children to cycle.
Heating: Oil central heating. Woodburner.
Also Provided: Payphone. Woodburner (1st basket of logs included), garden furniture, sunshade and barbecue.
