A superbly converted detached Oast House in a wonderfully peaceful and rural location surrounded by National Trust land in an area known as 'The Firehills' which forms part of a Country Park with 500 acres of cliff walks and unspoiled wooded countryside. The house sits in an elevated position with wonderful views over farmland to the sea. This part of the world is popular with ramblers, bird watchers, artists, cyclists and of course those who love the sea. As the crow flies Marsham Oast is 765 yards from the coast with footpaths leading from the property to the cliffs and beach. It is located within the grounds of the owners' ancient and beautifully restored farmhouse dating from the 1500's with later additions. Bedroom 3 with an Edwardian super king-size bed (there is low headroom over this bed), built-in cupboard with hanging space, TV and En-suite Shower Room with shower, washbasin and w.c.

Garden: To the rear is a large decked area, a covered seating area, garden furniture, barbecue and at the far end a Hot Tub that will accommodate six to seven people.
Parking: There is a long drive leading up to the property with ample parking available for more than one car.
Heating: By under floor heating.
Also Provided: Hot tub charged at £20 if required, payable on arrival.
Notes:  Please contact before arrival if you would like one of the beds to be unzipped into twin beds. Owners' dogs may be loose in the farm grounds.
