It is home to the Bure Valley Railway, Wroxham Barns and Roys, 'the biggest village store in the world'. Both day boat hire and sailing tuition are available locally. It is also just eight miles from Norwich, with the sandy beaches of the East Coast a twenty minute drive away.

Sunrest is a single-storey property in a quiet position in Hoveton, within a short walk of all the village amenities. There is a spacious garden with moorings for a small day boat or dinghy; access to the broads is via a private dyke. Sunrest offers comfortable accommodation; it is an ideal property for a relaxing holiday, particularly for sailing and fishing enthusiasts. Shop/Pub: 0.25 miles
