An ideal location for foodies and culture hounds who would like to explore the great variety of restaurants and pubs within Bold Street, Hope Street, or Duke Street areas. Walking distance to Liverpool City Centre shopping and with Liverpool Cathedral, Philharmonic Hall and Everyman Theatre all within a short stroll. You can also venture to the scenic and historic spots like Ropewalks and the picturesque Georgian Quarter right on your doorstep. Albert Dock and Liverpool Museums and Tate Modern Gallery are about a 10 minute walk away.

The Space:
This comfortable apartment has 1 master bedroom, 1 bathroom and is capable of sleeping up to 5 guests - perfect for families or business stays!

The lounge area has a double sofa bed, with deep sprung mattress which offers a great nights sleep. Plus, a large flat screen tv to enjoy for a cosy night in!

The bright master bedroom comes with a double and single bed. Facing out over the beautiful Georgian Quarter - plus your very own smart TV!

The apartment has a sparkling family shower room, with fresh white towels and complimentary shampoos provided.

Walk into our modern kitchen and you will find everything you need to cook up a feast - with a modern kitchen bar and stools. We provide all of the basics and even have a Nespresso coffee machine and pods for you to enjoy!

**Please note that a baby cot is available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay.**

Guest Access:
Our guests will have the whole apartment to themselves, please note the building houses 3 separate apartments and the hallways are communal areas. There is also a shared main door onto the street.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located in Liverpool's famous Georgian Quarter, known for it's 18th-century architecture and 2 iconic cathedrals.

This apartment is in an ideal location to explore Liverpool, it is within walking distance of the Liverpool ONE shopping centre, Bold Street, Hope Street, The Philharmonic and The Everyman Theatre!

We are located on a quiet residential street and as such do not accept any parties, hen dos or stag dos whatsoever, please take note of this when booking.

Getting Around:
It's just an 11 minute walk to Liverpool Central train station, or a 13 minute walk to Lime Street Station. There's plenty of car parks nearby, please do not hesitate to reach out for any recommendations! Throughout the city there are plenty of taxi ranks, or you can prebook a taxi on an app like Alpha.

*Please Note: This apartment is in a residential area of Liverpool, no events are accepted at any time. We have CCTV in communal areas throughout the building*

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We host hen and stag groups in this apartment.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day and is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, L1 4JH.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give guests as much space as possible, so won't meet in person unless required. We are contactable 24/7.

This apartment is located in Knowledge Quarter, a neighborhood in Liverpool. Chinatown and Jeffs of Bold Street are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Burton Mere Wetlands and Sefton Park. Chester Zoo and Merseyside Maritime Museum are also worth visiting.
