Pippins is a cottage situated in the Gloucestershire village of Bream. There are three bedrooms including a super king-size double with an en-suite, a double and an adult bunks room, there is also a shower room, the cottage can sleep six people with the double sofabed in the sitting room adding extra flexibility. Also inside there is a kitchen diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, another sitting room and a conservatory. To the outside is ample off road parking and a rear lawn and courtyard with a picnic bench. Pippins is a stunning cottage in an excellent location.

Amenities: Oil central heating ( on from October until end of April ). Woodburning stove.
Electric oven, ceramic hob, oil Rayburn, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike/canoe storage in lockable garage. Enclosed south-facing lawned garden with terraced area with picnic bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: This property accepts a maximum of 6 adults, and 1 infant. Note: As this property is a traditional cottage, the stairs are steeper than normal.

Region: Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Town: The village of Bream offers views of the Royal Forest of Dean and the Cotswold Hills. Clearwell with its caves and caverns and the village of St Briavels with its castle are close by. The Royal Forest of Dean, England's largest oak forest, offers trails that can be explored on foot, bicycle or horseback. Caving, abseiling and a high wire rope course are for the more adventurous, whilst fishing, golf, kayaking and canoeing are other popular activities in the area. Just a short drive away is the town of Ross-on-Wye, with timbered Tudor houses, excellent shops, pubs and restaurants all in the heart of rural Herefordshire. This unspoilt area has something to offer all tastes at any time of the year.

This cottage is located in Lydney. Wye Valley and Forest of Dean reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Wenchford Picnic Site and Perrygrove Railway & Treetop Adventure.
