The rest of the property contains a kitchen with dining area, a utility and a sitting room plus a ground floor cloakroom. There is also a small sun room and a garage. To the outside of the property there are terraced gardens with outdoor furniture, plus off road parking for two cars. The Fort is ideal for a family or couples looking for a seaside break in this wonderful part of Cornwall. NOTE: one bed is a single pull out mattress bed.
