The house is freshly renovated with high levels of insulation and a very effective heating and hot water system.

The house is 30 metres from pretty Shaldon beach with its pubs and cafes. You can also get a foot ferry to Teignmouth which departs 5 minutes walk from the house. Shaldon also has the Ness beach which is also sandy and is accessed via a tunnel with a little zoo over.


Located in Teignmouth, this vacation home is in a rural area and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Dawlish Warren Nature Reserve and Cockington Country Park, while Pavilions Teignmouth and Shaftesbury Theatre are cultural highlights. Grand Pier and Babbacombe Model Village and Gardens are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
