Ysgubor Uchaf is an attractive, environmentally-friendly holiday rental property on a complex with two other cottages and a leisure area with an indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi.It is a tasteful barn conversion which sleeps eight people.Heating and hot water are provided geothermally by a ground source heat pump.The house is double-glazed.Water is from a spring.Waste water is discharged through an on-site sewage treatment plant.The wood-burning stove is fuelled from our sustainable timber supply.Guests are encouraged to recycle and find out more about our sustainable lifestyle.We provide safe storage for bicycles. Walks have been created around the grounds and surrounding countryside.Information about birds and wildlife is provided and the 3.5 acre site is managed to encourage both.We have an application with the local authority for the installation of photovoltaic panels.
