This is an ideal house for a family break or getaway. We understand the concerns guests have in these uncertain times. In order to protect staff, guests and ourselves we undertake extremely thorough cleaning at each changeover. We have removed many of the usual moveable items such as ornaments, books, games and DVDs in order to enable complete cleaning. For each party, we provide a sanitising kit which contains anti viral surface spray, hand sanitiser, anti viral wipes and other cleaning items. We wish to re-assure our guests that every reasonable precaution is being taken so that you can relax and enjoy your holiday or break. The house is a detached house set in quiet residential location, alpine style, which sleeps 8 + 2. There are spacious gardens to the front and rear, and the rear garden is secured by a 6' fence and gates all way round. There are outside patios, seating and gas barbecue. The in-door hot tub is available as an optional extra. This property is ideal for families and dogs are welcome. There is a large kitchen and dining area which runs through to a separate utility room, which is perfect for self catering and entertaining at home. The property is ideally situated in the Cairngorms National Park with plenty of leisure and recreational facilities in Aviemore and neighbouring villages and estates. There is a wide range of adventure and mountain sports on the door step.
Located in Aviemore, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach.
