This is a recently build raised ground floor 1 bedroomed apartment with additional sleeping capacity on a comfortable sofa bed. There is a balcony overlooking the harbour, a rear furnished courtyard off the bedroom and a front door leading directly onto the harbourside walk with views of the SS Great Britain. The apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped. The many attractions of the city, harbourside and Clifton are in the immediate vicinity. Private gated parking is available at a modest additional charge of £7 per night. Not suitable for young children due to closeness to water and direct door out to promenade.

If booked by two people who wish to use the bedsettee, there is a one off extra linen charge of £30 for the length of the short break. Guests above two though are charged at £30 each extra person per night.

Please note that we may have a longer minimum stay requirement over peak summer months and over Christmas and New year.
