This detached bungalow is in a spectacular location at the top of Loch Sween in the village of Tayvallich which is a popular yacht haven and the boats moored in the bay make a very picturesque sight. There is a general store, seafood restaurant/pub and a lovely coffee shop a short walk from the house. The beautiful area around Loch Sween is crossed by forest tracks, ideal for walking, cycling and providing many opportunities to spot the local wildlife including deer, seals, otters and many different bird species. Taynish Nature Reserve is 13 miles away and Knapdale Forest with the Scottish Beaver trials is just 5 miles away. Boat trips and canoeing are also popular in these sheltered waters. There is a lovely sandy beach and lots of lovely walks which are accessible from your doorstep. Whatever the time of year, this area is breath taking and the scenery is outstanding! Entering the house you will find the large lounge the elevated position offers terrific views over Loch Sween. The lounge has an electric wood burner or open fire, TV and CD. There is a dining room next to the lounge which goes through to the kitchen which has an electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. As you enter the hallway you will find two bedrooms, a double with loch views and comfortable twin. The bathroom is opposite with a shower over the bath. There is an enclosed garden with patio area to sit and relax in this idyllic location and enjoy the views and sunsets. There is private off road parking and space for a small boat and trailer. There is steep ramp access to the patio and 3 small steps into the house.
